Europe 2050. Seven main risks in the post-COVID era

Polish Economic Institute presented a new report on strategic risks in the 2050 perspective on 17th November 2020.

The keynote Speaker was Michał Kurtyka, COP24 Director, Minister of Climate and Environment and candidate for OECD Secretary – General. The report was presented by Paweł Śliwowski, head of PEI’s strategy team.

An online discussion about seven macro-risks which are related to the emergence of new global order and rising economic, social and climate challenges involved Gallina A. Vincelette – Country Director for the European Union, Europe and Central Asia, World Bank and Beata Javorcik – Chief Economist, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The discussion was moderated by Piotr Arak, director of the Polish Economic Institute.
