She gained professional experience in a local government institution, where she was involved in socio-economic analyses, public policy evaluation, and the preparation of strategic documents. Author of publications dedicated to social policy, the social economy, and migration. She has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2022. She specializes in research on entrepreneurship and its determinants, including the business activities of foreigners in Poland.
