He has many years of experience as a chief accountant and in cooperating with auditors across all processes related to managing the accounting of organizations. He has been with the Polish Economic Institute since 2018. Previously, he gained professional experience in both the private and public sectors. He has organized and supervised accounting and payroll departments, HR departments, and has implemented financial and accounting systems, HR and payroll systems, as well as management accounting systems based on Business Intelligence technology. Since 2010, he has undergone mandatory financial statement audits.
