A graduate of economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and finance, accounting, and insurance from the University of Warsaw. She has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2023. She also gained professional experience in the third sector, supporting social, publishing, and journalistic activities. Her research interests include labor economics, social policy, and demographic processes, primarily fertility and population aging. At PIE, she has conducted research on, among other topics, the division of household duties, social capital, and discrimination against refugees in the labor market.
