Graduate of the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Law and Administration at Lazarski University, and Crisis Management at the National Defence Academy. He has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2018. Previous professional experience was gained in the education sector, public sector units (Mazovian Unit for Implementing EU Programs, Centre for Human Resources Development), and in the private sector, including at the Employers of Poland.
