Researcher and socio-economic analyst, specializing in the design and evaluation of public policies and services. He has been working at the Polish Economic Institute since 2019, first as a senior advisor and later as the head of a team.

Previously affiliated with the University of Warsaw and Evaluation for Government Organizations (EGO). He has participated in several dozen research (NCN, Horizon 2020, ESPON) and consultancy projects for, among others, the European Commission, European Investment Bank, Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Ministry of Development, and local governments such as Warsaw, Łódź, and the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

He has conducted courses for students and public sector employees as part of postgraduate programs such as “Evaluation Academy”, “Analyst Academy”, and “RIA Academy”.
