A graduate of the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. She completed postgraduate studies in public policy evaluation at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2025; she focuses on issues related to human capital development, population aging, the future of the labor market, and migrant integration.
