Doctor of Humanities, graduate of sociology from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, where she worked as an assistant professor until 2015. She has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2018, where she conducts research on enterprises in Poland—their determinants, barriers to development, and innovative potential. Author of the monograph "Nieobecne wyzwanie? Integracja jako zadanie polityki społecznej wobec cudzoziemców w Polsce po 1989 r." (2011) and numerous scientific publications. She also has experience in journalistic work. Her research interests combine a sociological perspective with the analysis of economic processes.
