Doctor of Technical Sciences (Silesian University of Technology, 2018). He gained research experience as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Transport of the Silesian University of Technology and as the head of the Sustainable Transport program at the think tank WiseEuropa. Author of scientific publications, reports, and expert studies prepared for public administration and international institutions, he has implemented national and international projects related to the energy transition in the context of EU climate policy. He has conducted research and completed internships in Sweden, China, Germany, and Hungary. At the Polish Economic Institute, he specializes in decarbonization of the transport and industrial sectors.
