A psychologist specializing in the study of decision-making processes and cognitive load. In research, he is associated with DecisionLab at SWPS University in Warsaw, with which he collaborates on studies in economic and environmental psychology. He has implemented international projects as part of the Policy Research Group at the University of Cambridge. He has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2025. He collaborates on projects in the field of demography and social roles, as well as in the design of experimental research.
