A graduate of energy engineering from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He gained experience at the consulting firm Audytel and the think tank Instrat. He has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2024. He deals with decarbonization in the broad sense, including renewable energy, hydrogen, and coal.
