PhD in Economics, graduate in Mathematics from the University of Warsaw. She has been affiliated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2018. She has extensive experience in managing and conducting foresight research in socio-economic areas. In her research analyses, she specializes in the application of multivariate statistical methods.

She is the author of numerous academic publications on business models, corporate bankruptcy, and economic and technological foresight. She works as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Enterprise Studies, Faculty of Economics and Finance, University of Białystok, and as a lecturer in the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
