A graduate of sociology from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and postgraduate studies in Service Design at SWPS University. He has over 15 years of experience in conducting social, evaluation, and market research gained in the private sector. He has led or co-created over 120 research projects commissioned by public institutions, including ministries, government agencies, marshal's offices, the European Commission, and European organizations. He has been responsible for designing, organizing, and implementing quantitative and qualitative research, including developing assumptions, research tools, reports, and presentations. He has experience in evaluating EU operational programs, labor market analyses, and projects in the field of education and higher education. He has been associated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2025. He primarily deals with research issues related to human capital, the labor market, demographic processes, and migration.
