Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), the University of Warsaw, and the Fulbright Program at Johns Hopkins University. He has been affiliated with the Polish Economic Institute since 2020. He gained analytical and research experience at, among others, the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) and Polityka Insight.
He is the author and co-author of numerous publications on U.S. and European trade policy, international trade negotiations, the U.S.–China trade dispute, and climate policy. His research interests include American and European trade, investment, industrial, and climate policies.
